Delete your RozDoodh account

You can delete your account in the app: open More → Delete account, enter your password and confirm. If you no longer have the app, use the form below.

What is deleted

• Dairy owner: your dairy and everything in it, straight away: staff logins, customers, deliveries, payments, invoices, products, rates, logo and plan. This can't be undone.
• Manager or delivery staff: only your own login. Your dairy's records stay with the dairy.

We keep records of payments already made for a RozDoodh plan (amount, date, invoice number) for accounting and tax, and a security-log entry that the account was deleted. These contain no names or contact details. Backup copies are deleted after 60 days (in rare cases up to 90). See the privacy policy.
