Privacy policy

RozDoodh is an app for milk delivery businesses ("dairies") to keep their deliveries, customers, bills and payments. This policy explains what information the RozDoodh app, website and servers handle and what we do with it. Questions: info@doincredible.com.

Information we collect

• Dairy account: dairy name, owner name, mobile number, area, city and address, an email address if you add one, and your dairy's logo if you upload one. Your password is stored only as a one-way hash; we can't read it.
• Staff logins the owner creates: name, mobile number, role and password hash.
• Records the dairy keeps about its customers: name, mobile number, delivery address, milk type, rate, quantity, delivery slot and products, and the deliveries, payments and invoices recorded for them.
• Plan records: your RozDoodh plan, its dates, and payments made for it.
• Technical information: your IP address and device or browser details in server and security logs, and sign-in session tokens.

The app keeps a copy of your dairy's data on your phone so it works without internet. It asks for no access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone. If you choose a logo, you pick one image from your gallery. The app contains no advertising or third-party analytics.

How we use it

• To run the service: sign-in, keeping every phone of a dairy in sync, calculating invoices and applying plan limits.
• To keep accounts secure and to prevent misuse.
• To answer your questions and support requests.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.

Your customers' information

A dairy decides what it records about its own customers and is responsible for having their agreement. We store and process that information only to provide RozDoodh to the dairy.

Who we share it with

• The company that hosts our servers, which stores the data for us.
• GitHub (Microsoft), where we keep private backup copies twice a day so data can be recovered after a failure.
• Google Firebase, which sends the SMS code that confirms your mobile number when you register or reset your password. It receives that mobile number.
• Our payment processor (Razorpay), only if you pay for a plan online. It receives what it needs to take the payment.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

Security

All connections use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. Each dairy's data is kept separate, and only that dairy's logins and authorised RozDoodh staff can see it.

How long we keep it, and deleting your account

We keep your information while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time, in the app (More → Delete account) or on the web at /delete-account.

• When a dairy owner deletes their account, the dairy and everything in it is deleted straight away: staff logins, customers, deliveries, payments, invoices, products, rates, logo and plan.
• When a manager or delivery staff member deletes their account, only their own login is deleted; the dairy's records stay with the dairy.
• We keep records of payments already made for a RozDoodh plan (amount, date, invoice number), as accounting and tax law require, and a security-log entry that the account was deleted. These contain no names or contact details.
• Backup copies, on our server and with GitHub, are deleted after 60 days; in rare cases a copy may remain for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You can see and correct your information in the app at any time, and delete it as described above. For any other request about your personal data, or a complaint, write to info@doincredible.com. If you are a dairy's customer, please contact that dairy first; we will help them with your request.

Children

RozDoodh is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
